Objectives
At the end of the course the trainees will have theoretical and practical knowledge about Scrum and will be able to apply the agile Scrum framework in their projects.
We will cover some fundamental concepts to understand Scrum, differentiating this framework from more traditional models, identifying its characteristics, benefits and form of organization.
It is a course for all those interested in applying the Scrum framework in their organizations and projects, project managers, project leaders, members of project teams, among others.
A professional training certificate will be issued on the SIGO platform, in accordance with Ordinance No. 474/2010 of July 8, for residents in Portugal who successfully complete the training.
